I've set myself a new diet plan=)
First of all
Every morning-Yogurt, nutricious breakfast or milo with some cookies...
Thn,
During school recess-NO FOOD!! only drinks, but once in a while can buy some food *If too hungry liao...=)
After school
Lunch-Eat Fruits and vege!! If really very hungry... can eat rice(but only 1/4 portion of rice=))
At night
Dinner-NO rice... only soup and the soup ingredients plus vege=)
Most important thing= STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD!!!
I hope that it is gonna work... I'll start tomorrow which is 16/1/2010
